Rules:
On Matches: All matches will be 1-on-1, 3-Stock brawls with no time limit. Whenever two players battle each other, they'll fight on a best-out-of-three system. i.e. if Player A and Player B have to fight each other, they'll fight one 3-stock brawl, then another 3-stock brawl, and one final 3-stock brawl. Elimination: Double (Winners Bracket and Losers Bracket) Controllers: Stock Nintendo Wii. Stock Nintendo branded game cube controllers. NO non-Nintendo equipment is permitted. Bring Your Own Controller is permitted. On Characters: Each Player is allowed to choose 1 character from the Brawl roster that he/she will use for the whole tournament. On Stages: During the Stage Select screen, each Player will vote for a neutral stage they have in common and decide. Neutral Stages:

All other stages are banned! On Items: There are NO items permitted. This is a game of skill. When starting a fight, make sure all items are turned OFF: NO LYING. We'll trust each other that you'll post the correct results. I want this tournament to work, but it can only work if everyone is willing to cooperate. By joining to the tournament, you agree to these rules. No complaining afterwards. The sign up minimum to have tournament is 18 players. No complaining afterwards that you didn't sign up on time.
