In-Store Computer Repairs - Upgrades

We provide full service on any existing computer, troubleshoot any systemIn-Store Computer Repair problems as well as service office servers/workstations and most small office/home office units. We troubleshoot, service and repair most brands, makes and models of computers, notebooks, laptops as well as most software. We also upgrade and repair most Macintosh computers. For those who have broken computers and require them diagnosed and/or repaired immediately, we also offer "same day" emergency service if the unit is dropped off before 3PM.

Onsite Service

If you don't have the time to drive to us or lug your computer around then for your convince, we will also come to your location to minimize your down time. Our specialty is visiting you at your business or home to fix your computer system. PC or MAC we do it all. Let us come to you! We usually carry spare parts and often will have the right part when we find a problem. If not we will find it and bring it to you. Email Only and Self Help Service Program

The Email Only Service Program (EOSP) is a support plan designed for users who require light technical support, more flexibility, yet need to insure a prompt and guaranteed response time as well as quality services. For a fixed monthly fee, NYPC will provide email only computer support. Furthermore, you will be given access to our extensive online knowledgebase to help solve issues by yourself. NYPC will conduct a complimentary site audit of all your computers and peripherals and then will provide you with a detailed proposal.

Email and Phone Service Program

The Email and Phone Service Program (EPSP) is a comprehensive plan designed for the users who require a TOTAL support solution for their computer systems. For a fixed monthly fee, NYPC will provide computer support via phone or email. The EPSP cost is based on a few factors that include the type of equipment covered, its location and its condition. NYPC will conduct a complimentary site audit of all your computers and peripherals and then will provide you with a detailed proposal.

Per-Incident

The per incident service is for those customers who require complete technical support to solve a specific problem. For a small one-time fee our technicians will attempt to resolve the problem over the phone or web within a reasonable amount of time. If necessary we will even contact the manufacturer or distributer of the item on your behalf, and get answers needed to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We also have per-incident onsite service also.

 

We offer economical ways to provide your entire company with IT solutions. Our programs are tailored for your specific needs. For those customers who do not require constant technical support we also have Per-Incident support.


Availability & Location

We try to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Often we can help you immediately but we can also schedule appointments. Our office is located in Glen Cove, NY but we can travel to most areas in the Long Island, and Metro area. You may also consider dropping off your computer at our retail store location.


Onsite Rates

Our rates are competitive but vary depending on your location and the problem. You are billed for the time our technician is at your location, NOT for travel time. Also you will be billed in 15 minute increments after a one hour minimum. Therefore, 1 1/2 hours of work is billed as 90 minutes, not 2 hours. Rates after hours and on weekends(after 5PM and on Sunday) vary depending on availability. This fee includes any time needed to diagnose and fix the problem.
